16 Sep '06 -Team day.

Yesterday I was at the Hochseilgarten Scheidegg with my fellow colleagues from innoWake. It proofed once again what a nice company and cool friendly team we are. I built up a team with my workmates Helena and Wolfgang. We had lot's of fun climbing and we all did a great job in taking care of each other and securing the one climbing up in the ropes. Overall...we had huge fun and it surely strengthened the team and the whole company once again and showed everyone that he can rely on the others. It was also nice to have the (almost) whole team together, even the guys that are normally not in our headquarter in Ulm. Very good organizational work was once more done by Simone. Thanks a lot for that.

Nette Idee eigentlich. Allerdings kann man das auch nur machen, wenn man seinen Kollegen “vertraut”. In vielen Firmen würde das unter Umständen sogar zu mehr Spannungen führen. Gut zu wissen und viel wert, dass es bei Dir im Office zwischen allen “klappt”.
