DEMOSCENE

The demoscene is part of my life and since the days of the good old Commodore C64 and Amiga. I’m active on Windows and several oldskool platforms at the moment.

When I look back, I am thankful for the things I achieved through the demoscene. It helped me a lot develop my graphical knowledge and skills and also quite some job opportunities that came with it.

If you want to take a closer look at the Demoscene and want to learn something about the history und importance of it, you can head over to the appropriate Wikipedia article.

I still visit several demoparties and meet all the very good and old friends from various countries I’ve gained through my demoscene activities. I still enjoy taking part in the competitions, work on demoscene releases with these great people and further develop my skills and knowledge through it, as the demoscene is also one of the most innovative subcultures there is.

Mainly I’m active as graphician/designer and the main organizer and last remaining active founding member of the demogroup “NUANCE“.

Beneath all that, I’m the host of SCUM (demoSCene Ulm Meeting), which is a monthly meeting of demosceners in Ulm, which is located in the south of Germany. Interested? Then join our SCUM facebook group and have a look at the latest events.

A lot of my demoscene works can be found in the Portfolio section and here you get an overview on my rankings in international competitions:
