I just watched “The Sure Thing” with John Cusack and Daphne Zuniga back from 1985. I’ve first seen this movie in cinema with a chick from my class back then. Basically it is a story of a college student that travels cross-country to get laid, but ends up traveling with a young woman who is a fellow student. Bascially they hate each other, but slowly they get used to each other. Nicolette Sheridan who is nowadays known as Edie Britt in Desperate Housewives played “The Sure Thing” in this movie and was also used as teaser on the cinema poster you can see on the left.
