At the moment I’m having a soup plate full of “Witch-Soup of Ehingen” (zu Deutsch: Ehinger Hexensuppe). Yummy. My favourite soup. Some of the ingredients are potatoes, apples, meat and curry. It’s cooked only during the time of German carnival. In the region I live it’s called Fasnet and a quite special type of carnival. Mainly it features wooden masks and beautiful costumes (At the left you can see a small picture of the group called Ehinger Hexen).
