I just have seen DOA – Dead or Alive (IMDB), the motion picture of the good old fighting games series. I always enjoyed a nice DOA match and I expected the movie to be in the tradition of Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat. It turned out like I expected: Almost senseless popcorn cinema with nice martial arts fighting sequences and (DOA like) hot chicks! Known actors were cool Eric Roberts, sexy Holly Valance, nice Jaime Pressly and Kane Kosugi, son of famous Sho Kosugi. The movie gets 6.5 out of 10. Why? Because I was well entertained. The image on the left looks a lot like DOA Volleyball by the way, but shows Holly Valance during a volleyball game in the movie!
