Some days ago it was cinema time again. This time I went to see “Here comes the Boom” (IMDB) together with a good friend. The movie is starring Kevin James as high school teacher “Scott Voss” who starts to fight mixed martial arts to finance the job of a fellow teacher. The story is nice, partly funny, partly sad and overall this movie is quite good. The usual stuff you expect when you read Kevin James’ name. One of the things that improves this movie is, that the romantic part is played by very hot Salma Hayek (as Bella Flores).
Conclusion:
Very nice and entertaining popcorn cinema with some good laughs! The movie itself deserves 6.5 out of 10, but with Ms. Hayek it clearly deserves the final 7.5 out of 10.
