My workmate Lisa just drew my attention to this cool webradio called Musicovery where you’re able to choose music related to genres and other graphical filtering options like dark, energetic, positive and calm. Sometimes the delivered tracks don’t seem to fit exactly in your choice but it’s fun to discover and worth a try. I wonder how the whole genre stuff is done. Is there just a database behind it with the tracks already sorted in? AI for it surely is too sci-fi at the moment. At the moment it is still labeled “beta” but it already works quite well.
