I just bought a quite old mp3 player from a pal for just 15 Euros. It’s a Diamond Rio500. It has just 64MB built in, but I’ll expand the RAM of the player with a 128MB SmartMediaCard. A nice thing is the possibility to change the start animation. So the next days I’ll try to find out how much frames are possible for this animation. There also is several nice freeware stuff that expands the possibilities of the thingie. Well. Sometimes it’s not a bad thing to buy things that are already in use for some time. 😉
