If you’re experiencing a problem with Google Chrome after updating to version 15.0.874.106 concerning a recurring popup that says “An additional plugin is required to display some elements on this page“, the work-around to get rid of it is quite simple:
- Open chrome://plugins
- Locate the “Default Plug-In – Version 1”
- Click on Deactivate
- Restart Chrome (Not always necessary)
