Most of these questions concerning performance and hidden features can be solved using one or several of the following tools: You can activate the hidden camera functions like GPS-Photo or Sports Mode and a lot of other things by using the Diamond Tweak. To improve the speed and settings of TouchFlo3D, please take a look at Diamond TF3D Config. Both tools don’t add own functions to the phone. They just control hidden registry settings or change the parameters of TouchFlo3D. I use both since quite some time and haven’t experienced any problems with them.
