I just saw that Microsoft offers virtual machines including the InternetExplorer 6, 7 and 8 for WindowsXP-SP3 and the Versions 7 and 8 for Windows Vista for testing purposes. That’s quite useful if you have to test Websites, WebClients or something similar with outdated versions of the IE. Still these browser versions have a market share of around 20%, so this is quite a handy solutions Microsoft offers there. Well done! The virtual machines are built for Virtual PC which is delivered with Windows7 and can be downloaded for free over here. Happy testing!
