I came home from work. Switched on my beloved little Biostar iDEQ 200N. It ran for around 5 minutes. Then began to smoke, stink and after a little flash inside the case…silence! I thought: “I’m boned!” I really feared all my work of the past months went down the drain, but after visiting my computer parts dealer of trust I knew: Only the power supply went down the drain! Now a really huge, blue glowing, pimped ATX power supply is standing on my pc and it’s almost half as huge as the barebone itself. I now will contact Biostar for a new power supply, hope this will not be horribly expensive! I’m off for some backup action now!
