Today I was at my local fish dealer of trust and bought some calamares. Together these three calamari had a weight of around 650g. I took the head off, got rid of everything that is not intended for eating, washed them and took the coloured skin off, so the white tubes remained. I then cut off the tentacles from the rest of the head. Now I heated some olives-oil in a huge pan and added some freshly cutted garlic, onions, parsley and chive. When the oil reached a quite high temperature I added the calamari and fried them for around 3 minutes. In advance I also made some tzaziki and baguette with garlic butter.
Et voila. One of the best meals in ages! :-p
