Several days ago a new Nintendo notification mail made my Wii glow (and surely your’s too). It told that the final version of the Opera for Wii is available at the Wii shop for free. I instantly updated my beta version and tested it for quite a while now. It seems they cared about the user’s feedback and made the bottom control bar vanish and only pop up on request when you move the cursor out of the lower screen border. There are also a lot more preferences than before and there are even the most popular search engines integrated. The bookmarks who were pain in the ass slow got a nice speedup and there are also more zoom steps available now. Watching videos via youtube or similar sites seems to be more flawless than before and also the overall performance of the browser seems to be improved. Overall: Nice job. I like it.
